What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is one of the most popular ways of applying a company logo to various different workwear garments, and for good reason! The high quality, texturised and hard wearing results are difficult to beat.
At its most basic sense, embroidery is the craft of decorating a garment with a needle and thread, creating a stunning 3D effect. This decoration method is applicable to almost any design, and our Barudan embroidery machines can embroider at speeds of up to 1,100 stitches per minute with up to 14 different coloured threads.
Ideal for both complex and minimal designs, embroidery is the perfect choice for any business looking to create a smart and professional branded uniform.
Benefits Of Embroidered Workwear
Businesses can benefit from the many advantages offered by expertly embroidered uniforms and workwear.
Looks Professional

2. Working with your logo
The way we work is far beyond embroidering your logo onto your chosen garments. It’s our passion to ensure that your brand is represented to the highest standards, and our in-house design team are on hand to ensure that this is always the case. Before going ahead with any order, we take a good look at the complexity of the design and analyse the amount of coloured threads that will be required in order to make well informed recommendations.
Step 1
First the machine operator sets the vilene behind the garment to protect it during stitching, and then places the frame in the correct position, taking care to make sure it is lined up correctly.
Step 2
The machine operator then sets the frames in the machine and starts the embroidery run. Whilst the machine is running, the operator will frame the next set of garments.
Step 3
Once the run is finished, the embroidered garments are put to one side ready to be cleaned, steamed and packed.
