Delivery Options
At Print Reloaded Ltd, we offer multiple delivery options to ensure you get the best value and receive your products when you need them. If you require your order by a specific date, please inform us so we can accommodate your needs.

Delivery Times
Please consider production time when ordering personalized items. Once your design is confirmed, our lead time is 7-10 working days for delivery. All personalized orders are shipped via next-day courier.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £250 receive free courier delivery within Mainland UK delivery zones.
  • Standard Delivery (£7.99): Ideal for non-urgent items. Estimated delivery is 4-5 working days from the order date. Note that these times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Express Delivery for Blank Items (£10.99): Made by tracked DPD courier. Estimated delivery is 1-3 days from the order date. These times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery Zones: Prices apply to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges apply for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and the Scottish Highlands, shown at checkout.
  • Collection (Free). Local customers can collect orders from our location during business hours (9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday). We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

  • Non-Personalized Items: Items from our online range can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Notify us of your return within this period and return the items no later than 14 days after notification. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unlaundered. Upon receipt, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is deemed faulty by us. A restocking fee of 10% may be charged to cover administrative costs.
  • Personalized Items: These are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you believe the items are faulty, notify us within 3 days of delivery and return them for inspection. We will replace or refund the items at our discretion. If the item is faulty, we will refund postage charges. If not, we will not refund or replace the item or any associated postage charges.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
