At Print Reloaded, your custom garment is made to last with professional printing or embroidery for everyday wear. Proper care is important in maintaining their appearance. Follow the washing & care instructions below;

Before Washing

• Check the label for washing instructions.
• Turn the garment inside out.
• Fasten zips, undo buttons, and empty pockets.
• Wash garments with similar colours and fabrics.
• Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Washing

• Machine wash at 30°C / 86ºF using a gentle cycle.
• Use a quality detergent with the right amount.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh stain removers.
• Wash dark garments separately at first to reduce colour transfer. 

Drying

• Air dry on a hanger or lay flat to dry.
• Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the garment and decoration.

Ironing

• Iron inside out using a low-heat setting (max. 110°C / 230ºF).
• Never iron directly over printed or embroidered areas.

Dry Cleaning

• Do not dry clean, as the chemicals may affect the fabric and custom decoration.

Sustainability Tip

• Wash only when needed. 
• Air-dry whenever possible.
• Spot clean marks between washes with a cloth or brush.

How to Customise Your Garment

1. Select your preferred colour, size(s), and quantity.
2. Upload your logo or artwork at the highest available resolution.
3. Choose your preferred branding method: Print or Embroidery (where available).
4. Select the position(s) for your logo or design, such as the left chest, right chest, sleeve, back, or other available locations. 
5. Add any special instructions, such as staff names, job titles, numbering, or additional branding requirements. 
6. Review your order and proceed to checkout.

If your order includes multiple garment styles, simply repeat the process for each product. 

Print or Embroidery?

Embroidery delivers a premium, textured finish that is highly durable and ideal for workwear, uniforms, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and corporate clothing. It provides a professional appearance that withstands frequent washing and everyday wear. 

Print is perfect for bold logos, detailed graphics, promotional clothing, events, sportswear, and designs with vibrant colours or fine detail. It produces a smooth, sharp finish that's ideal for larger artwork and full-colour designs.

Quality Assurance

For the best print or embroidery results, please upload the highest-quality version of your logo. Before production begins, you will receive a digital mockup for approval (where applicable). Every personalised garment is professionally customised and quality checked before dispatch.

Delivery Options

• Plain garments with no customisation are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability.
• Printed or embroidered garments are dispatched within 3–5 working days after artwork approval using our customised express service. 
• For our customised standard service, printed or embroidered garments are dispatched within 6–10 working days after artwork approval.

Artwork Approval

• Where applicable, a digital artwork proof will be sent for your approval before production begins.
• Production starts only after your approval has been received.

Delivery

• Delivery times are included within the production estimates above.
• Free UK-wide delivery on orders over £150.

Returns

• Printed and embroidered garments are made to order, with returns accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. 
• Plain garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
