Refund policy

At Print Reloaded, we aim to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality. As many of our items are personalised or produced specifically to your order, different return conditions apply depending on the type of product purchased.


Returns for Non-Personalised Items: 

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • You must notify us via email at info@printreloaded.com within 14 days.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

  • Return items must be sent to: 96 Churncote, Telford, TF3 1YP, United Kingdom 

  • Items must be sent back no later than 14 days after notifying us. 

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost, notify us promptly so we can investigate with the courier and resolve efficiently.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to cover administrative costs. Suppliers charge this fee for returning unwanted stock.  


Returns for Personalised Items: 

  • Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds because they are made specifically for you.

  • They cannot be returned for reasons such as: change of mind, wrong colour, or wrong size.

  • However, if personalised items are faulty, you can request a return. 

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our team at info@printreloaded.com.

  • When submitting a claim, include the order number, issue details, photos, and item quantity. 

  • Return the item for inspection in good condition after contacting us.



Refunds

  • We will email you once we have received and inspected your return.

  • You will be told if your refund is approved or declined.

  • If the item is found faulty due to our error, we will refund postage charges; if not, no refund or replacement will be issued, including postage. 

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process your refund. 

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@printreloaded.com.
