Shipping policy

At Print Reloaded, we aim to dispatch all completed orders quickly and reliably across the UK. Shipping charges are calculated based on order value (excluding VAT) and delivery location.

 

Delivery Times

All non-personalised orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability. For personalised orders, once your artwork is approved, our lead time is 6-10 working days for delivery. Ensure your delivery details are accurate, as Print Reloaded is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect information.

 

Delivery Charges

We work with trusted courier partners and deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to many international destinations. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.

Local customers can collect orders from our location during business hours (9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday). We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. We also ship worldwide, with charges based on destination, parcel size and weight, and courier rates; customs duties, taxes, VAT, and local clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

 

Tracking Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information. If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. Where an order contains products with different lead times or items arriving from different suppliers, we may dispatch your order in multiple shipments and notify you if this applies.

 

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if items are missing from your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier. For information about replacements, refunds, or returns, please refer to our Returns Policy.
