Our policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
Print Reloaded is fully committed to anti-slavery policy. As a consequence our pledges is to act ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships, protecting lives and ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business. We also expect all those in our supply chain to comply with this approach.
Due diligence during the reporting period
Before entering into agreements with manufacturers (and suppliers), we supply them with a compliance form designed to address areas of potential risk within those supply chains. This ensures that suppliers have their own clearly defined Ethical Working Practices (including suitable anti‐slavery and human trafficking policies) and similar processes within their businesses. We require such confirmation that they comply with all requirements as declared in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 prior to all business transactions.
Further steps
We sincerely recognise that a risk-based approach is necessary in seeking to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chain.
To ensure an in-depth grasp of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, our staff are instructed to remain vigilant against such activities, and we encourage them to identify and report any potential concerns.
It is our policy to expose any instances of non‐compliance on a case‐by‐case basis and to tailor any remedial action properly, and in a timely fashion.
This statement has been approved by the Print Reloaded Board of Directors who will review and update it on an annual basis.
